The main objective of the study of Bibliology is not intellectual, but spiritual. It is true that by studying Bibliology our understanding of the Bible will be deepened. However, if our spirit is not enlarged to accept, appreciate, and to obey God’s Word, our study will not bear the intended fruit. The Word of God is a two-edged sword that will perform necessary surgical corrections in our personality, temperament, and value system.
